About Us

Kindnest Foundation is a mobile clothing bank that travels to school districts within Northern Georgia distributing vital living essentials such as clothing, shoes, backpacks, toiletries, and personal hygiene items to students in need.  In addition to providing these essentials, Kindnest Foundation also works to connect students with other community organizations to meet additional needs they may have.  Kindnest Foundation is not just a clothing bank, we are an entire support system for students in need.  We utilize a “wrap-around care” model to make the greatest impact possible on the students we serve.

Humble beginnings

Kindnest Foundation was established in 2012 by special education teacher, Morgan Fundingsland, and her daughter Ashley. Morgan and Ashley saw an overwhelming need among students within the school systems for living essentials such as clothing and personal hygiene items. Since its establishment, Kindnest Foundation has impacted the lives of thousands of students.
